Two youth units of Hubei Dijian Construction Co., Ltd were both awarded as a "Provincial Authority Youth Civilization Unit" in 2009 by the Youth League Committee of Hubei provincial authority.

In May 2010, the Guangyi World project management team and the Overseas Business Department of Hubei Dijian Construction Co., Ltd were both awarded as "Provincial Authority Youth Civilization Unit" in 2009 by the Youth League Committee of Hubei provincial authority.

The company’s deputy manager and manger of the Overseas Business Department Wang Guqing was awarded the 2009 "Province Organs of young skilled jobs in 2009.”

Recommended by the Communist Youth League Committee and the Office of Ideological and Ethical Progress Committee of Hubei Province the Overseas Business Department of Hubei Dijian Construction Co., Ltd also participated in the "2009 Hubei Province (outstanding) Youth Civilization Unit" selection.
